The EPA is fining Wyoming landowner Andrew Johnson $75,000 per day building a legal stock pond on his private land.
The EPA claims the man has violated the Clean Water Act, but has failed to adequately provide proof of this. They haven’t even taken water samples of the man’s pond.
Furthermore, Johnson went through all the red tape to get all permits and permissions with the state of Wyoming to build his small pond.

There is two departments that need’s to be done away with, they are the IRS, and the EPA.
The Obama Administration is absolutely insane with power grabs all around. Who ever thought this country could go to the dogs in such a short period of time. I think we may have passed the point of no return. Too many people are just going along to get along. That is no way to run a country that is balanced and judicious.
They have no legal excuse for stopping this man from building his pond, but they decide that a high enough fine will stop him, Where are these geniuses holding court? I would like to send them some water.
never quit, never ever ever quit
It’s his property. He should be able to do what he wants. Hell, the government does what it wants to our property. They just don’t understand that everything they say is government is actually ours.
I think its time for America to shut down DC and start over again.
Shoot the bastards!!
EPA has gone completely mad.
What a horrible horrible government we have.
Abolish the EPA, fire them all
