The EPA is fining Wyoming landowner Andrew Johnson $75,000 per day building a legal stock pond on his private land.
The EPA claims the man has violated the Clean Water Act, but has failed to adequately provide proof of this. They haven’t even taken water samples of the man’s pond.
Furthermore, Johnson went through all the red tape to get all permits and permissions with the state of Wyoming to build his small pond.

“The Johnson case is troubling to those who see a proposed rule change to the Clean Water Act as a threat to small private landowners. Critics worry that the attempt to “re-define” what counts as U.S. waterways could broaden the reach of the EPA.”
This is crazy & wrong!!
should have stood up to tyranny a long time ago, not its too late. The land of the free is only an illusion and the home of the brave have become the complacent
EPA, CIA, FBI, DHS, TSA all alphabet damn idiotic fools on the job because they knew someone in Gov’nt and keep it by being fools and jesters.
The communist wackos ruining the EPA with stupidity and lawlessness will be their undoing as it should be.
I know of a Diary Farmer who the EPA caused to have a heart attack over a very small stream that ran through his property and his cows drank from. They hounded this poor man that his cows were peeing in this stream. Even after he fenced the cows away from the stream they kept on until the poor man had a heart attack and died……
The EPA, like the IRS and several others, should be disbanded.
If you can’t see that this is just a “Legal” way STEAL People’s LAND (Because they would TAKE the land, when they can’t PAY the EXORBITANT “Fines”), then you need to GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF THE SAND!!! (or, out of WHERE EVER it IS!!!!!).
This is the ADMINISTRATIVE LAW OR ABSOLUTE POWER garnered via the different agencies that needs to stop. It is actually illegal to do all these things to the American citizens. See the recent speech at HIllsdale College about this very thing. http://imprimis.hillsdale.edu/current Imprimis: The History and Danger of Administrative Law. Delivered by Philip Hamburger of Columbia Law School.
i saw that, they have all the paper work. they will need a lawyer now. they should be able to fight it.
