The EPA is fining Wyoming landowner Andrew Johnson $75,000 per day building a legal stock pond on his private land.
The EPA claims the man has violated the Clean Water Act, but has failed to adequately provide proof of this. They haven’t even taken water samples of the man’s pond.
Furthermore, Johnson went through all the red tape to get all permits and permissions with the state of Wyoming to build his small pond.

I dont c them giving fines out to the natural gas drillers who are contaminating the water from fracking here in northern Pa! Just goes to show where the campaign funds come from!!
What has this man done to our country? (Barry Soetero)
EPA why bother small ranchers Stock pond have been built fore years!
The government wants all of our properties & anything else we have. North Korea , anyone.
They want more than our lands, our guns, money and our rights as well!!!
There,s an old saying, shoot the chief and the rest of the indians leave. Don,t pay the fine, what are they going to do?
Sure, and Cheney’s bunch can go “frack” everybody and even jail you if you resist it or try to find out what EPA harm those chemicals do to entire water aquifers all over the country, which is being destroyed in this way awa so many others…we are now a garbage country…I’m waiting for “landmine” legislation to complete the picture.
How stupid can you get. With water becoming very short we want to penalize a man for finding a way to store and conserve. Government gone wild. No common since
