The EPA is fining Wyoming landowner Andrew Johnson $75,000 per day building a legal stock pond on his private land.
The EPA claims the man has violated the Clean Water Act, but has failed to adequately provide proof of this. They haven’t even taken water samples of the man’s pond.
Furthermore, Johnson went through all the red tape to get all permits and permissions with the state of Wyoming to build his small pond.

Government again going to far!
The EPA needs to be abolished!
It’s just more government bureaucracy bull$#%&!@*. The government will pick a fight, lose that fight and then pick another one til they win one. Then they’ll pick bigger ones. The government is a sore loser.
It seems they change the rules on the fly!
Oops, apparently, Obama wants his land, too.
We don’t own property anymore the govt. just allows us to pay the taxes on THEIR property until & unless we do something to tick them off! Land grabbing thieves!
if he got permission from the state then the epa has no complaint with him, and he must be cleared of the fine, the epa should be disbanded for all it does is hurt the country and does no one any good at all.
harry “roid” , the EPA, BLM and probably obozzo himself are probably in on this land grab BS.
He needs to put the EPA people that show up in the bottom of that pond
Two feet wide and six inches deep is navigable by what? Small trout, snakes, frogs, turtles insect larvae, maybe ducklings? No ship, canoe or any other type of boat, submarine or float plane can navigate that.
