Dozens of Democrats are moving forward with a lawsuit against President Donald Trump because they claim his business empire violates the emoluments clause of the Constitution.
The idea that Trump is violating the emoluments clause is one of the earliest charges against the Trump presidency. In the months since, charges of Russian collusion and obstruction of justice have mostly buried the issue — but now it’s back.
It seems the Democrats may be coming to terms with the fact that Trump will not be impeached. Despite the Democrats’ best efforts, no one has managed to produce any evidence that suggests Trump acted inappropriately with Comey or the Russians.
So they’re going back to their first, less serious accusation.
See the details of the charges against Trump on the next page:
Clinton foundation uranium deal with Russia. Haiti. And how many dead?
The Dems are desperate indeed! Morons too!
So how was this different then Obama’s slush fund or Hillary’s foundation. That specific order does not apply to the President anyway, the buffoons and they wonder why our court systems are so bogged down.
These esperate Demdumbs keep embarassingthemselves.
I agree if president trump is violating the law he needs to pay for it. Every person should be held accountable But What about all of Clintons scandals the emails the pay to play rigging primary’s that all just got swept under the rug and no one seems to care. I read a article about a soldier sending one damn email to superior in Iraq using his gmail and he went to prison but 30k including classified isn’t a issue? this$#%&!@*is exactly why trump got elected no one should ever be above the law especially politicians and law makers and gen needs to flip this$#%&!@*and make the democrat involved in all the scandals pre election be held accountable
I’m thinking they’re getting so desperate because Trump is getting too close to exposing all there Dirty deeds and Corruption and they need to stop it
hilarious attempt
Arrest them first any democrat who signed a law to help or protect illegals can be arrested but you have too do in that state, call fbi or attorney general, if they refuse too arrest then get thier name snd get them for obstruction of justice and report till its handled the law comes first!!!

The Russian collusion accusation is not sticking? On to the next ploy?
They are really suing because they are too stupid to realize that this won’t hold water.
