As you’ll see later in the video, this is not only cheap, but super simple to do yourself.
With 3 ingredients and about 15 minutes of your time you can make your own laundry detergent for only 20 cents a gallon.
Plus it won’t have any 1,4-Dioxane like much of the store-bought stuff, which even the EPA says is a ‘probable human carcinogen’.
So, you can file this under ‘money saving’, ‘survival tactics’ and ‘healthier living’ as well!

I do this, now what about toilet paper…
thays goo but it would take me 10 years to use that much soap3
Thanks Tom! I’m shareing with other friends and I’ll have the recipe! 🙂 later if I get to try and make it!
When I make mine I use 2 bars of Fels Naptha soap and 2 cups each of washing soda and borax and 1 five gallon bucket. Works great. Only use 1/2 cup per load.
Also, it’s not watery. It’s a gel.
Been doing this a couple years now. Works great.
This is recipe I was giving to use because of my allergies to laundry soap.
Thanks, Chuck!
looks good but will it work in a “HE” washer
It’s only good if you have no allergies!
