As you’ll see later in the video, this is not only cheap, but super simple to do yourself.
With 3 ingredients and about 15 minutes of your time you can make your own laundry detergent for only 20 cents a gallon.
Plus it won’t have any 1,4-Dioxane like much of the store-bought stuff, which even the EPA says is a ‘probable human carcinogen’.
So, you can file this under ‘money saving’, ‘survival tactics’ and ‘healthier living’ as well!

I love doing my washing with this
I have made this for quite a while and I would never dilute it with more water. It would just be too watery.
If there’s any chore that people want to add another layer of BS to, it’s laundry day….
Have heard about this, our daughter’s sister-in-law has made it. Sounds like a great idea to me.
Erika Barron d laundry detergent i was talking about:)
She’s saving money so she can afford more ink and decorative body mutilation.
I will have to check this out. I have already substituted white vinegar for my fabric softener, and it works well. Does not smell as good coming out of the washer into the dryer or on to the clothes line, but airs out well in the dryer or on the line. Does a good job.
I make my own laundry sauce in the concentrate. Not having to use 5 gal buckets, smells good, does a good job and I love it. It can be used in all washers, just google homemade laundry sauce.
Sounds like a plan. However, I wonder about people who say it has no chemicals( good) then have carcinogenic ink tattoos all over them. Geeze!
Have made this and used this. The only down side I saw was you had to use more than they say but it is still cheap to make and use. Also it seemed I had to spot treat and pre soak more to get rid of stains.
