Republican leadership got caught doing something wrong and this is the outcome of that deal… Republican officials did try to return to court to get this deal overturned in 2008 but their case took almost a year before being heard by a federal judge.. The judge ruled against them.. The judge newly appointed by Obama.. A liberal democrat. Google it…
