Decorated Marine Brandon Raub was arrested in 2012 for posting “controversial song lyrics, conspiracy theories related to 9/11 and talk of upcoming revolution” on Facebook. He wasn’t charged in a crime, but was forced to undergo psychological testing. A judge released him after a week stating there was no credible reason to hold him.
He has filed an appeal last month to have his lawsuit against authorities revived.

First of all, We thank this man for his service. Now… There’s a big problem with suing the U S Government… See. YOU have to get The US Governments permission first. They have to GRANT you permission to sue. Can anyone see this as a hurdle??? How long and how much money doe son need to sue the U S Government… Priceless… And whom do you believe will outlive the other???

I think a suit against them is right but I also think DHS and those who made the arrest should be held accountable and be tested for psychological problems because they believe THEY have the right to violate the rights of Americans and oh yeah, prison for them too.
