The car accident in Australia left 16-month-old Jackson Taylor decapitated. He was airlifted to a hospital in Brisbane, Queensland, where doctors performed a miracle surgery.
Dr. Geoff Askin, known as Australia’s “godfather of spinal surgery,” led the operation, which involved attaching a halo device to Jackson’s skull, holding him completely still while reattaching his vertebrae using a tiny piece of wire, and then taking a piece of Jackson’s rib to graft the two vertebrae together.
Parents of Jackson are obviously calling this surgery and the recovery a miracle, as most would not have been resuscitated, let alone able to breathe or move. Jackson’s recovery is stunning.

Miracles do happen!! Praise the Lord…
He wasn’t decapitated.
I bet Marie Antoinette would have been interested in this head reattachment story!
The child doesn’t have one stitch.
It mustve been an internal decapitation
It’s called internal decapitation and it’s the very reason why our laws regarding car seats are so stringent in the US.
This child has an internal decapitation. He does have stitches, they are in the back of the neck. This child is indeed very lucky to be alive, because most internal decapitations do result in death. For those that doubt this story, read it fully. The doctors in Australia were absolutely amazing in the procedure in which they performed to save the life of this little child. Very fortunate for the child, the spinal cord was not severed or damaged in any way. The surgeon placed bone of the child, in the place that his bone should of been, and with the head brace, it kept everything where it should of been. The bones will heal as they should and this child will have a completely normal life. So before you jump to conclusions, make sure you find out the truth of the story. Just saying.
Good luck little fella!! XX
This baby is a miracle GOD BLESS HIM
