Both my brothers have a good small business for about 10 years, one is closing shop, the other is leaving the state,v neither can afford Minnesota taxes.the taxes take more than they can even come close to making, on brother has yet to cut a check for himself.Minnesota knows how to drive small business out of the state pretty darn good, just think if they would change the tax codes so a small business can stay in business dans stay in the state, most would hire more help, expand, more charity donations. Frustrated in Minnesota!
