In the bitter congressional battle over Marco Rubio’s Gang of Eight immigration bill, Ted Cruz offered up an amendment that left open the pathway to legal status for illegal immigrants currently in the country.
Ted has since suggested that that amendment was a “poison pill,” or an amendment meant to kill the bill altogether. His opponents, on the other hand, have pointed to that amendment as proof that the man who is campaigning partially on his incredibly strong stance against illegal immigration secretly supports amnesty.
Ted is now trying to set the record straight once and for all, by positioning himself far to the right of both Rubio and Trump on immigration.
See what he said he would do to the illegal immigrants currently in the United States on the next page:
Trump
I’m just wondering if you’re reading your words and you really believe them . I’m speaking to the droves of Trump supporters who use vitriol to anyone who disagrees or comments on Trump. What you’re saying is damn the will of the people, Trump’s will be done. The majority of Americans still believe in representative government, or a republic if you will, which is what this wonderful experiment known as the United States of America is and, Lord willing, will continue to be. Yes, I believe that the disparity between the political class and the common citizen has grown, however nothing is solved logically or correctly, with the emotion you and most Trump supporters are espousing. This is the same thing we had 8 years ago and we got the worst president in US history! I don’t want to go down that road again with Trump, who will be 10 times worse when it comes to respecting the Constitution. You’re obsessively following a man who has been incapable of paying $4.3 billion dollars in debt and has left people destroyed in his wake. He has used his lawyers to silence and intimidate people so they don’t reveal the true Trump. He has no business ethics and less personal integrity. This is not opinion. You don’t have to search very hard to find out this man’s past. But apparently what was intolerable with Obama, to Trump supporters, is given a pass when it comes to lord Trump.
I would ask that if you do choose to respond, please try not to use vulgarities or attack me personally because I disagree with your political candidate. I have done my research on the three top candidates and Trump would be the worst possible candidate, besides any Democrat, to win the presidency. Just because he’s a businessman, doesn’t mean he hasn’t been entrenched in the government all his life. Taking advantage of government bailouts and handouts, even when he wasn’t entitled to them. That’s not the American way. We cannot lose what has made us better than any other country in the face of this earth. Integrity, upright character, decency, morals, and the belief that we don’t get to the top by stabbing, stepping on, or destroying people, because they don’t bow at our feet, as has been documented time and again with Trump. Again, don’t respond with a “brown shirt” mentality that most Trump fanatics do, which is to cuss and call people names. Even if your candidate can’t have an intellectual debate, maybe you can. One last thing, think about this; dos you ever make a decision when you were angry, that you did not live to regret or have to apologize for? That’s what I fear most Trump supporters are doing. He’s not conservative. He’s not a constitutionalist and he will be anything to anyone in order to win. He’s been a Democrat and liberal for the better part of his life and he has not changed. He will take advantage of the people, whom Lenin referred to as his “useful idiots”, to gain power and win, then he’ll replace his little “brown shirts” with his “black shirts”, which in$#%&!@*s time was the SS. Those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it.

LIAR
Blah blah I’m voting for trump
Not on your life do I believe him!
Trump made it a big issue. He entered the race back in June and said Build that Wall and Deport 12 million Illegals. He took a lot of heat. He also said we need to Ban Muslims till we can figure out who these Muslims are which he took a lot of heat For. Now Cruz and Rubio want to build the wall and halt Muslims from certain Countries. Trump will be the strongest securing our Borders.
Yes I do… The only one whom has stayed true to his word.
Pretty sure that is a lie. Where is your proof? Give us a sound bite
