The American people have made it abundantly clear that they want the system of government envisioned by the Founding Fathers, but the country remains mired in the practices that characterize our modern, statist government.
Originally, the United States was intended to uphold individualist values, as evidenced by the repeated references to the rights of citizens to, among other things, freedom of speech, religion, and self-defense in the constitution. The idea was that by building upon this blueprint, we would be able to work towards a perfect understanding of liberty.
Today, however, nothing could be further from the truth: the power of government, which is expressly circumscribed in the country’s founding documents, is virtually unrestrained. Regulation is out of control and law enforcement is able to behave as it sees fit. Fortunately, it seems that many are finally fed up with this authoritarian state of affairs.

Part of the problem is the outsourcing of the camera reviews for violation to companies that have a financial interest in finding violations. Another part of the problem is that “appearances can be deceiving” and even though they have the right to confront their accuser, defendants can’t possibly cross examine a camera in court.
The lights with cameras are placed to prevent accidents and to add money to the municipality. They usually will provide a video of your violation which can be tested/ argued in court with an attorney of your choice. So this argument is false. Think how the future will bring cameras into guardrails and send you tickets via the mail. I don’t like them but they do serve a purpose.
They should be banned nationwide
This was about cameras, not the political machine, admins remove the political BS
The cameras in may states have been found unconstitutional, but they keep pushing them it is a huge money racket and it is invasion of privacy! Also many times it isn’t the owner driving the car but they want to ticket them! There is some reasonable doubt involved! It use to be that you had to ask someones permission to take their picture! Now we have a government that sees no problem in invading any of your space no matter where or what!
