The American people have made it abundantly clear that they want the system of government envisioned by the Founding Fathers, but the country remains mired in the practices that characterize our modern, statist government.
Originally, the United States was intended to uphold individualist values, as evidenced by the repeated references to the rights of citizens to, among other things, freedom of speech, religion, and self-defense in the constitution. The idea was that by building upon this blueprint, we would be able to work towards a perfect understanding of liberty.
Today, however, nothing could be further from the truth: the power of government, which is expressly circumscribed in the country’s founding documents, is virtually unrestrained. Regulation is out of control and law enforcement is able to behave as it sees fit. Fortunately, it seems that many are finally fed up with this authoritarian state of affairs.

At least there and in Arizona you get a picture showing you driving. We got one once after we sold a car and when we walked in and they looked at the picture the ticket was dismissed. All you got in Chicago was a picture of the back of your vehicle and that was that – in other words they were tiacketing the owner, not the driver.
If you have red light cameras in your area you may want to view this video.
There are too many variables to make this a reality. What’s the window of acceptance? 2 miles an hour over the speed limit. The speed limit. What about hills? What about passing scenarios? Basically everyone would be getting tickets. Which is what I suspect was the purpose, this would be an awesome revenue producing machine!!
A person has the right to face their accuser!
Suppose I’m not driving the car in question? Many things are possible but without an actual officer issuing a ticket, there are too many problems associated with accusing the proper person of a crime.
Dale Mansfield I would favor sending them a picture of money to pay the fine. lol
John Cohenour: Wish it worked that way. We got caught a couple of times when someone else was borrowing our vehicle.
Mike Gartrell, WOW, and if there were no laws we would be a completely law abiding nation! Now I wonder why no one else has thought of that! Think of the money that could save, no courts no police no jails. I like the way you think.
It may not be justice but it sure is revenue and graft!! Which is more important to a Liberal Democrat politician?
So you just broke the law a little bit? That’s like being a little bit pregnant!
I do partially agree with Mike Gartrell, there’s entirely too many laws that only exist in order to make the state money and do nothing to serve the citizens in how they are being enforced.
