Police reports indicate the young woman accusing action star Sylvester Stallone of sexual coercion felt conflicted on whether or not she was responsible for what went down in that fateful Hilton hotel room. However, she ultimately decided that she had been forced but nonetheless unwilling to press charges due to the degradation and shame she felt in the aftermath of the sexual encounter.
The report continued: ‘She indicated that if the sexual encounter had only been with Stallone, she would not pursue this matter, but due to the fact that Mike, the bodyguard became involved in the sexual incident, she didn’t know what she wanted to do.’
According to police, when De Luca became involved in the sexual encounter ‘she became very uncomfortable with the situation. She states she did not want to have any type of sexual contact with the bodyguard, but felt she had no choice in the matter.
‘She states there was no actual physical force, but she did feel intimidated.’
Police noted in their report that the teen had ‘difficulty in relating her thoughts’ and was ‘extremely emotional’ when telling her story.
When pressed if she wanted to pursue charges against Stallone and De Luca, the girl told police: ‘I’m humiliated and ashamed, but I don’t want to prosecute.
‘I’m kind of scared and I’m very ashamed. I don’t want anybody else to have that happen to them, but I don’t want to prosecute. I cannot talk about this anymore, please leave me alone.’
This is not the first time Stallone has been accused of degrading behavior. However, these are merely accusations, and that fact needs to be kept in mind. But, why pay out millions if you’re actually innocent of raping your own half-sister?
The bombshell police report was made a year before Stallone’s half-sister Toni-Ann Filiti, threatened him with a lawsuit in 1987, alleging that Stallone raped her and sexually assaulted her for years.
Although court documents show the actor ‘vigorously denied and continues to deny and dispute all claims of wrongdoing’, he agreed to give Filiti a lump sum of $2 million, as well as $16,666 a month for the rest of her life.
Sylvester Stallone is denying he coerced the 16-year-old girl.
The Rocky star’s spokeswoman said the story was “categorically false”.
Michelle Bega described the allegation as “ridiculous”, adding: “No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr Stallone.
Here are the police documents recording the possible sexual assault between the 16-year-old unnamed girl, Sylvester Stallone and his bodyguard.
But first, in answer to the question posed on the first page regarding the lines of consent – the answer is that situations such as these could OFTEN be easily avoided if men (and women in reverse situations):
A) Didn’t have sex with complete strangers
B) Took great pains to clearly verbalize and make sure the partner is clearly on board with engaging in more taboo or degrading sexual activities
C) Learn to understand people’s body language and pick up on other visible clues – develop emotional intelligence
Or so I think, I’m not the expert, nor do I have firsthand knowledge of what it’s like to be a rich famous man with a thing for threesomes…

Let me guess, another “victim” that waited 20+ years?
Everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
