Law enforcement in Eugene, OR have stated they will forcibly draw blood on anyone refusing a breathalyzer this coming July 4th weekend.
Of course, drunk driving is a very serious matter. But do you agree that law enforcement can take such physical action against someone not yet convicted of a crime when they can still detain you by giving less intrusive tests, just as they have done for years?
It is because they are now looking for other drugs in the system, that a breath alyzer can’t detect that way if they can’t get you on driving under alcohol they can get u on another driving while intoxicated on a different drug! I believe u are allowed to refuse ,,,,, the blood test’s
no…if they refuse a breathyzer test then arrest them and take them to jail.
I do not believe the police are certified to take blood, and that would be practicing medicine without proper training or liscense
Vampires have infiltrated police in Oregon?
taking blood sample without consent is illegal and unconstitonal

I guess people like to be forced to do things. Even if its a breathalyzer.

This is gestapo!
One more slip down that slippery slope toward a Police State we’ve been on for the past 40+ years… 🙁
