Gun owners have to be extra careful these days to avoid not only incurring the wrath of overzealous law enforcement but playing into the hands of the anti-gun crowd as well.
Case in point is Guo Shou, a Queens man who was taken into police custody after authorities exercised a warrant to search his apartment and found a massive arsenal in it. What they found was enough weapons and ammo to “take on a small army”, per Queens District Attorney Richard Brown.
Among his inventory were 14 legally-obtained handguns, 2 licensed and loaded shotguns, 1 licensed rifle and around 45,000 rounds of ammo for any number of weapons. He was also found to be in possession of parts that could be assembled into an AR-10 or AR-15 assault rifle as well as several pieces of Kevlar body armor.
While all of Shou’s equipment was legally acquired, police claimed that he failed to store it properly, thus necessitating his arrest.

That’s not a fucking crime! One BIG secret is- without Corpus delecti, or body of the crime, which includes a victim and damages, there is no jurisdiction therefore no case, no crime. However, if you make a plea without challenging jurisdiction (offering guilty plea in exchange for facts and evidence of jurisdiction) you just gave them Jursidiction. Of course they’ll treat you like you are naïve and try to Play it off. But once challenged, if not answered by proof of 7 elements of jurisdiction, any proceedings thereafter are unlawful. Then they are guilty of judicial misconduct. “For a crime to exist, there must be an injured party. There can be no sanction or penalty imposed upon one because of this exercise of Constitutional Rights.” Sherar vs. Cullen. 481 F. 945 YOU CANNOT HAVE A TRIAL WITHOUT AN INJURED PARTY. You cannot, as a matter of Due Process of Law even be called or summons into a Court or Tribunal without having an INJURED PARTY. The injured party is the Accuser and he or she must squarely and surely identify you as the Accused. The accused (you) has either committed an injury to a body (corpus delecti) or injured property or have breached a contract.
I think there may be more to this story. http://nypdnews.com/2016/02/queens-man-charged-with-reckless-endangerment-by-stockpiling-weapons-arsenal-in-rego-park-apartment/
I am jealous of all his ammo. He should have covered his$#%&!@*better, unless he was using the powder for reloads. There is always more to the story.
There is no such thing as too much ammo, or too many guns. In times of emergencies, even a zip gun, candle powered air pistol or potato gun, or even a gravel flipper, or slingshot, steel rod and match head powered flash shot spoke gun, ANYTHING to protect yourself !!! You can never have too much ammunition. !!!
He was to be in Court February 24, what was the outcome?
Thanks for complying with all our laws, you’re under arrest.
That’s NY for ya………..smh
welcome to the United Police States of America….

Yep. The “little guy” is a Ruger Redhawk 44mag, just for comparison.
