Jamal Jones, his girlfriend Lisa Mahone, and their two children, 14 and 7, were going to a hospital to visit Lisa’s dying mother.
Cops stopped them who state that they pulled the family over because Mahone was not wearing her seat belt. After she showed her ID and insurance they asked for Jamal’s ID, who was the passenger.
Shortly after he stated he didn’t have it due to receiving a ticket, cops asked that he get out of the vehicle, which he refused to do.

Don’t say a word, don’t make a move.
Show your ID what’s the big deal? I am white and I still show ID and I don’t have a problem with it either. Every time I get pulled over I show ID.
Johnnie Stone you are dead wrong man, you do not have to show id just because one asks for it unless you are suspected of a crime
Bad Laura Duncan Bad lol
Why? Because this isn’t nazi Germany..we don’t have to show papers when we go outside and cohabitate in a free society.
The moment he refused to identify himself, they had the right to search him, and the vehicle. It’s called probable cause vs. reasonable suspicion. When he refused to identify himself AND failed to exit the vehicle as requested, he more than passed the standard of reasonable suspicion.

You see what I am talking about
Why didn’t the man just show his ID? Then no problem.
