Jamal Jones, his girlfriend Lisa Mahone, and their two children, 14 and 7, were going to a hospital to visit Lisa’s dying mother.
Cops stopped them who state that they pulled the family over because Mahone was not wearing her seat belt. After she showed her ID and insurance they asked for Jamal’s ID, who was the passenger.
Shortly after he stated he didn’t have it due to receiving a ticket, cops asked that he get out of the vehicle, which he refused to do.

He refused to give his ID, they had every right to do what they did
Serious question:
When is it okay to defend your life against a law enforcement officer?
If this same man wasn’t wearing a uniform (costume) and didn’t have a badge (shaped metal) then this would have been deemed a car jacking which is a forcible felony. At least in Florida, forcible felony, such as car jacking, warrant the use of deadly force to stop the aggression.
Theses unwarranted aggressive actions by all levels of law enforcement will eventually lead to more officers killed and I will not have sympathy for the deceased officer(s).
So when do you defend your life?
Be right, that’s all, no different than anyone else, simple, just show a little respect, all the way round… Ever one knows their wrongs, and if they don’t God does
I guess that cop is a grown up, right?
Obviously the population of the U.S. has been Hollywoodised and addicted to violence. No violence was necessary here, only a well trained and mature police officer.
They Should be fired ASAP Meaning Now. They Have No Excuse. He Was A Passenger He Did Not have To Show Id.The Cop That Broke There Window Shoulds Have To Pay Far A new One And A Free car Cleaning .Then be Fined 20000 Dollars Far being So Stupid.
And it was all about not having seat belts on !
These gestapo tactics must stop! After all, this is
