Jamal Jones, his girlfriend Lisa Mahone, and their two children, 14 and 7, were going to a hospital to visit Lisa’s dying mother.
Cops stopped them who state that they pulled the family over because Mahone was not wearing her seat belt. After she showed her ID and insurance they asked for Jamal’s ID, who was the passenger.
Shortly after he stated he didn’t have it due to receiving a ticket, cops asked that he get out of the vehicle, which he refused to do.

refusing to comply during a stop and reaching into the backseat isn’t Kosher. 15 minutes of fame seekers.
Hilters S.S. TROOPS…No wonder they are Hated….
IDIOT
Just the beginning of Big bro
I have heard this all morn I think the passenger should of got out when told to white or black
Police are getting down right ridiculous/out of control and needs to be arrested and put in their place for the laws they break towards us American’s because they try to use their “power” over US Citizens just because they have lost their mind and think they are above the Laws of US Constitution that is “suppose” to protect us US Citizens because they are the Law in their hyped up mind. I am in a serious traffic violation right now because of one of these big head police pigs violated my rights and trying to accuse/convict me of charges that I certainly didn’t commit only because I wasn’t kissing/sucking his ass and cooperating with what he had no right to be asking me to do in the first place. This should be considered Police harassment, stalking, bulling, entrapment, brutality or something like that. It is a shame that we have to be afraid of going out down the road or in public hoping that some Big head Cop isn’t out itching for and wanting to create a confrontation or action just for some excitement and to feed their addiction for control and empowerment over people because they think they can because they stand behind a badge and then we have to suffer till proven innocent in a corrupted courtroom too.
WHY?
From personal experience, compliance isn’t a guarantee of an amicable encounter. It is the normal outcome but it isn’t always a ‘normal’ encounter you are faced with. We all profile every time we happen to encounter a stranger and that is normal. However there could have been a APB or warrant issued for someone that resembles you and you need to ID yourself in such a case. The cop should have stated that his intention was to eliminate the man as a suspect. The problem is in training cops are taught to take control of EVERY situation with whatever force necessary but fail to train in the law and restraint when no force is REQUIRED… We have too many politicians and lawyers involved and too damned few PUBLIC SERVANTS….
He should of done what the officer wanted him to do ,instead he rolled up the window in the officers face and wouldn’t get out of the car. The officer was right at what he did.
Just violated his 4th amendment.
