Jamal Jones, his girlfriend Lisa Mahone, and their two children, 14 and 7, were going to a hospital to visit Lisa’s dying mother.
Cops stopped them who state that they pulled the family over because Mahone was not wearing her seat belt. After she showed her ID and insurance they asked for Jamal’s ID, who was the passenger.
Shortly after he stated he didn’t have it due to receiving a ticket, cops asked that he get out of the vehicle, which he refused to do.

I have seen a lot of worms that was creeps in school become a cop and then they take out there resentment on everyone now they have a small amount of power!!! Keep in mind they are no better than anyone else, they just think they are!!!
I feel something is missing! You show your ID when you are stopped! What was the problem? Show your ID! Rose
These animals need to be fired an never hold a State or Federal job again
Agreed, Stephanie. The whole truth needs to be found and it will be done. No one other than Police officers know what it feels like in those types of situations. Maybe the thugs of the world will do a better job making people happy.
Please dont hold all police responsible for a few idiots
sick
that’s how it starts …cut out what they want you to see…. then we flip
Unacceptable!!
As a passenger in a vehicle he is not required to show ID unless there is probable cause. A seat belt violation on the drivers part is not PC so the police should have written the ticket and sent them on their merry way. Unless there was a call of crime committed and the vehicle/ passengers were fitting description which is probable cause. There will be more lawsuits because of the “gray” area.
the police officier told him to step out of the car and he refused. it was a lawful order as they were violating the law. some people think that they are above the law!
