Jamal Jones, his girlfriend Lisa Mahone, and their two children, 14 and 7, were going to a hospital to visit Lisa’s dying mother.
Cops stopped them who state that they pulled the family over because Mahone was not wearing her seat belt. After she showed her ID and insurance they asked for Jamal’s ID, who was the passenger.
Shortly after he stated he didn’t have it due to receiving a ticket, cops asked that he get out of the vehicle, which he refused to do.

When you do not stand up for you God given rights… YOU DO NOT DESERVE ANY WRIGHTS…
he had the right not to. that man deserved to have defended himself with a firearm against the cop who was breaking the law and abusing him and doing that infront of children.
James Kelly you must get all the bitches. Mack on those hoes!
Not if your the passenger.
In texas if you are the passenger you are not required to show id

The article was a little unclear. Did the officers know he had a warrant? It says a new warrant was issued to correct the dob, but doesn’t stipulate whether the officers were aware of the warrant.
Either way interesting point, good research.
Have to agree. Failure to produce an id when your not even required to show id in the first place does not = justifiable homicide.
