The volatile political climate makes it hard to have a reasonable discussion about law enforcement, but shocking footage captured in California reveals an unambiguous incident of police brutality.
Responding to a car crash, Officer Patrick Feaster pulled up to the scene of the accident and exited his vehicle. The driver of the crashed vehicle, 26 year-old Andrew Thomas, attempted to make his way out of the wrecked SUV when Feaster inexplicably drew his weapon and fired it at him, causing the crash survivor to sink back into the totaled automobile as a bullet penetrated his neck.
Thomas’ wife, Darien Ehorn, was also present when the accident occurred, dying instantly when she was flung through the windshield. Yet Feaster did nothing to aid or otherwise assess Ehorn’s condition, literally passing the body by as he advanced towards the wreckage and shot Thomas.

Did I hear the officer say “I got a male in the car refusing to get out”? Just after he had been shot in the neck by the officer? No thanks, I’ll take my chances in the interior of a wrecked vehicle, too. Did the driver die?
find him public in the aria and……….
he WILL answer to the highest gun in the end!
An officer “accidentally” draws his weapon on a man climbing his way out of a rolled over vehicle.
He “accidentally” fires his weapon at the man.
He “accidentally” radios into dispatch that a man who is likely paralyzed for life due to being shot in the neck refuses to get out of his vehicle.
He “accidentally” forgets to take any further steps to subdue the obviously dangerous fleeing criminal but instead leaves him to bleed inside the vehicle.
The officer “accidentally” forgets to radio “shots fired” into dispatch.
The officer “accidentally” forgets to inform his arriving backup on scene that he had discharged his weapon.
The officer accidentally spends the next five minutes of the video not rendering aide to the dying woman ejected from the vehicle OR the man whom he “accidentally” shot but instead “accidentally” shines his flashlight around on the ground looking for his shell casings.
The officer “accidentally” forgets to inform on scene medics he shot the man in the car.
The officer “accidentally” only mentions that he discharged his weapon when medics inform a senior officer on scene that the man has been shot that the supervisor asks for investigators to check if the man was shot at the bar he had just left.
