Another of President Obama and his liberal minions’ attempts to coddle the criminals besieging our nation has ended in bloody tragedy that anybody with half a brain should have foreseen.
With all the scrutiny police and the criminal justice system have been subjected to, the administration has thrown in it lot with radical activists like the Black Lives Matter movement who say that the true victims of crime are not the people actually hurt by it but the criminals partaking in it.
To that end, Obama has enacted policies that allow so-called “non-violent” drug offenders to be released from federal prisons across the country. So not only is law enforcement being thrown under the bus by the White House, but dangerous felons are being unleashed on the nation.
Look no further than the case of Wendell Callahan, a convicted crack dealer who was granted early release because it was decided that his, along with thousands of other hardened prisoners’ sentences were “unfair”. What followed should horrify even the most die-hard liberal bleeding hearts.

more great work from Barry
Another nice job you idiot !!!!!!!!!!!!
TRAITOR IN CHIEF AND$#%&!@*
Must be one of his sons.
Jail this$#%&!@*
I hope he is proud of his liberal$#%&!@*ideas that include releasing convicted criminals back on the streets because he feels they were put in prison for too long a time based on their crime. HA.
Obama ..I put a cures on you were you will have bad dreams of blood on your hands that never washes off..and the dreams never stop until your dead..
this is what Obama is after when he lets criminals go free is for them to kill and harm people for him
I say indict him also for these murders
Man, the racists rush to blame the black man of everything.
Good God Obama didn’t give him a pardon
“Callahan was initially sentenced in 2007 to 12-and-a-half years in federal prison for dealing crack. But according to The Dispatch, his sentence was reduced by a total of more than four years in response to the U.S. Sentencing Commission’s initiative. The initial 150 month sentence given to Callahan — who is black — was reduced to 110 months in 2008 and again in 2011 to 100 months. He was released from federal prison on Aug. 9, 2014 with federal prosecutors citing the convict’s good behavior in prison and because it was determined “that his early release did not present a danger to the safety of the public.”
In 2008, when the U.S. Sentencing Commission approved a retroactive reduction in crack cocaine trafficking sentences, then-Attorney General Michael Mukasey criticized the plan, saying that it would “pose significant public safety risks.” In a House hearing in Feb. 2008, Mukasey said that while he supported some reforms to drug sentencing, he opposed them for convicts with violent criminal histories, a category which includes Callahan.”[/i]
Congress had to approve the sentencing commission’s recommendations on sentence reductions in 2008, which had been decided in 2007 before Obama was elected. Obama didn’t sign any legislation that had anything to do with sentencing until 2010 when he signed a law reducing the disparity in sentencing between powder and crack cocaine.
It’s absolutely asinine to say “oh gosh here’s a guy who committed a non-violent drug crime and he got out and killed someone, so wow..we shouldn’t ever let anyone out of prison”
Geezus we imprison more people than any other nation in the world and keep our prisoners locked up longer than any western country. If that approach was going to keep us safe it should have happened by now. Most people who work in law enforcement or in corrections know that the very best place for a person to learn how to be a violent predator is prison.
If Judicial Watch had an ounce of decency they wouldn’t have tried to make this about Obama, but rather why wasn’t he convicted of assaulting the victims in 2006? That is far more troubling than him doing 8 rather than 12 years on a dope case.
The family should sue Obama!
