Alaska Congressman Donald Young ranted against the federal government’s power grab through the EPA during a House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee meeting this month.
“To allow a federal agency to go in an tell a state ‘No, you can not do this’, this is a monarchy under this administration. Taking away a state’s rights. You’re becoming the United States of The Federal Government.”

What he said is true. The federal government has usurped the states power and authority. We are now governed by “agencies” and not by Congress. These agencies have an agenda, they are politically motivated by their appointed leadership to do the bidding of the current administration. This needs to stop and the states need to take back their power and the Congress needs to take back their power from the President.
Linda creamer hudnall the epa has no power. Laws are made only by congress , not the president and surely not by a non elected organization that isnt even part of the legal government. Congress may not delegate power to legislate to any organization. People need to tell them to p**s off.
I agree with Mr. Holmes!
This is why the founding fathers designed the Senate to be appointed by the state legislatures. Changing that was a huge mistake! Now the States have NO voice in congress.
Leave it to our present administration. To destroy America is their main objective and are on their way unless they are put in their place which is some foreign country that would welcome them. GD
Obama is a tater !
Kymberlee Ku’ualoha Jones, let Phoenix Taylor person read this!!! Lol. He blocked me.
EPA should be dissolved, gotten rid of and the same goes for the BLM
Haven’t seen or heard what this is about, but I will check it out myself. I told you, he gets very passionate AND vocal about his beliefs. He is and can be extremely pig headed and stubborn. Wait, that sounds like me. But when he’s not all wound up, he’s actually a fun guy to get in a debate with and argue with.
Where have you been, Congressman ? It’s been like that for 150 years!
