When Congress passed the Intelligence Authorization Act for 2015, it granted the executive branch not only the ability to spy on American citizens private communications, but also the legal authority to turn that information over to local law enforcement.
All of this can be done without any court order being granted, all in the name of ‘fighting terror’, of course.

While reading comments about this I find that most of them are reactionary and not thought out. I agree with some of course but when I hear people saying that they think our government is the enemy I have to take pause. We are the government and out of fear have signed away some of our rights. We have voted for a n w President who will hopefully return the power to the people. Think about what you do and say and not just react.
