CNN Journalist Drew Griffin, who’s been looking closely at the VA scandal, states that the problem is so vast, that the entire bureaucracy is so corrupt, that you can’t just replace a senior official or two and expect to fix the problem.
Then entire VA senior management needs to be wiped clean and started anew, according to Griffin.
How about starting by taking the many whistleblowers that came forward or tried to come forward and promoting them into management after a short assessment period?
They are prohibited by LAW from forming “Unions”… Why would they need one anyway ? They are already overpaid, and the fringe benefits are OUTRAGEOUS…. And, once again : They answer to NO ONE…
Month long PAID VACATIONS, FREE HEALTH CARE, etc… Federal employee becomes disabled, they can draw disability AND their pension… Vet becomes disabled: It’s either one or the other, but NOT BOTH…
And they DO, INDEED, pay huge bonuses to the people at the top… As much as 300 GRAND A YEAR…
And this is for people who show up for work, and basically sit in their office and watch TV and drink all day long…
Once your “G rating” rises above a certain level, you don’t DO any WORK…. You simply show up….And promotions are virtually automatic….
No “Performance assessments” or any of that…. Every couple of years, you get promoted…
You are EXEMPT from things like Obamacare… And you can look forward to a pension that would choke a MOOSE…
The entire va system needs to be scraped just provide free medical to all vets at the facility they choose millions of dollars would be saved and better care received
Same goes for senior management of all government entities – local, state, and federal – especially appointed officials and those top ranking officials of local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
I think we need to get rid of them all, and hire all new people, what do you think??
