McComas began filming when it appeared that his license plate was being called in. What happened next makes utterly no sense.

Yea whatever you say dork
Once a firearm is drawn, the situation has escalated and it’s go time. Pure, plain and simple. If I’m ever in a situation where I see a gun drawn, that person *will* be seeing mine.
Watch the video again he’s holding the phone in one hand and his other hand is visible in the camera. Police are taught this tactic to get away with murder. Just sayin.
And it only costs the citizens 172,000 a year to keep this guy employed for the wonderful city of Rohnert Park. And now it’ll cost them about 500,000 more. Great job officer Rodriguez.
In my opinion it was intimidation. The officer did not question him or accuse him of anything. Nothing was said why he was there or a reason he stopped there. I believe if a officer tells you to do then do it and put it on YouTube later. I would not want to die just to prove a point.
Donald, you’re a special kind of stupid.
Greg Amell that makes my day. Thanks for the complement! Hearing that come from you is a complement!
It’s compliment. You make this too easy. Smh.
Suddenly, I feel guilty for picking on a mental midget. I apologize Donald.
That’s fine Greg your just too week minded to understand when your in the presence of intellectuals. I understand and I’ll pray for you.
