When does filming one’s neighbor require a police officer to draw his sidearm? Don McComas, a Rohnert Park resident, was outside his home, hooking his boat up to his SUV, when he noticed a police officer observing is house. McComas began filming when it appeared that his license plate was being called in. What happened next makes utterly no sense.

normal gestapo operation!!!
Put this cop in jail for using his weapon for scares tactics swinging it around like he is some thug
Why does police and military hate america so much? Its a really nice country
Who’s policing the police n their actions? The police of course. We need a system of checks n balances. These guys can jack boot you n say whatever they want, do whatever they want and then investigate themselves n say, nope, we did everything by the book. It’s a sad joke nowadays. My parents always taught us to respect law enforcement n now we have to teach our children to video any interactions with them just to be safe. It’s a sad state of affairs.
They can ask but you don’t have to comply unless they think your commuting a crime or if they thing your a prior convicted criminal.
This I why they shoot you with your hand in your pocket they don’t know if you have weapon/firearm its for there safty
Protect a cop and say he is in the right for drawing his weapon. He is not fit to wear the uniform. Any stupid person saying he was in the right deserves to be shot.

Ur are exactly whats wrong with this country
Actually it takes very little knowledge of the law to be a cop. I was arrested one, ONE time for something bogus not unlike this and the cop had to look up the statutes for what he was trying to charge me for so he could escalate charges and meet his quota. You sir, are not only a statist, boot-licking tool, you’re just a little bit dim, too. This man was doing nothing wrong. I’ve seen this video before, elsewhere.
We have rights. You want a police state? Go to China. @[100004517611833:2048:Matthew Browning] is right.
