A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Cincinnati police officer Ray Tensing after he killed an unarmed black man during a routine traffic stop.
The body cam footage seen on the following page shows Tensing pull over 43-year-old Sam Dubose for not having a license plate on the front of his car. After a brief verbal exchange, Dubose appears to try to leave the scene. First, Dubose would not allow the cop to open his door, then the Dubose starts his car and tries to drive away, the officer responds by shooting Dubose in the head.
The prosecutor in the case claims that the car was just ‘rolling away’. You be the judge…

Reports everywhere of all the horrible things these bad seeds are sowing.
What about the good that is happening everyday? That is never reported.
This is a way to conduct a racial/governmental war that will bring down whatever good is left and bring in martial law. Bigger picture…
There are millions of people and each one has the freedom of free will and choice.
What that ONE person out of a million decided to do with that free will devastated a family and people that want justice.
Remember if we can hang on to the good and make choices that benefit one another in a positive way just imagine what all those millions could do to make a difference.
Their plans to tear our world apart with all the pain, hate, agony, and separation, Their war won’t work.
We are the bigger picture, that ONE mans decision rippled all over, why can’t your ONE and my ONE along with everyone else’s ONE go for the greater good so that can be a tidal wave of love and light while the evil is picked and weeded out. <3
Good luck everyone, prayers to us all. We need them.
David Seal, Police officers must also follow the law even if a citizen isn’t cooperating. They are supposed to me morally and ethically above that of the common citizen.
A police officer may not seize an unarmed, nondangerous suspect by shooting him dead…however…Where the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a threat of serious physical harm, either to the officer or to others, it is not cons$#%&!@*utionally unreasonable to prevent escape by using deadly force.
—Justice Byron White, Tennessee v. Garner[3]
This police officer is in the wrong, there’s no arguing with a supreme court ruling that covers a situation exactly like this.
Good job making stuff up bro, I’m impressed
I live smack dab in the middle of this City called Cincinnati and I’m telling you….. No…. I’m Guaranteeing you there will NOT be any Rioting in this little City. Folks just talk a lot around these parts. The Prosecutor here has stymied any chance of trouble erupting for now. BUT. I cannot promise nothing won’t go down if that killer cop gets found not guilty cause then outside influences Will show up and try to drag us down to the level of a Baltimore or a Ferguson. It happened here in Cincy in 2001. And it could happen again…..
This is murder anyway you look at it, it is the very definition of murder!
I liveed in Cinn in the late 60’s when MLK came to town and fired up the Blacks, they tore up thier end of the town. not pretty they were like animals.
Have they burned another CVS down yet?
Rioting would be following Obama’s agenda
A simple fact, running from the cops is never a good idea. You put yourself and others at risk. I do not condone the officers response, but the victim should have known better.
no operators license on person while driving is breaking the law. in addition to that if they are looking for someone and you cannot prove you are not that person they can arrest you and hold you until they determine who you are having an ID would prevent that from happening
