A new ruling out of a Colorado appeals court is forcing a custom cake baker in suburban Denver to bake cakes for homosexual marriages.
Jack Phillips, owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop, said he has no problem serving gays in his family business. But, he can’t design a wedding cake for same-sex couples as it is a violation of his Christian beliefs.

over charging more than other comparable items is also gonna get ya sued…it’s a no win for bbusiness
Why would anyone want a cake baked with HATE when your getting married everything should be full of LOVE.
A sick
Nothing said about it tasting like the inside of a mule skinners boot does it???
P**s in cakes
Here’s a proposal for Christian vendors to consider if they are going to be FORCED to participate in weddings that are an affront to traditional Christians. Turn the situation into a mission opportunity! Try posting a policy like this expressing that they will serve, but they reserve their right to express their convictions at every point in the process. Most LBGT couples/throuples/groups/tribes will likely back away and go elsewhere, but if they persist, then they know what they are getting by hiring a Christian vendor who is not afraid to express their faith. Is this an approach you think would be beneficial for Christian businesses?
What happens if he doesn’t???
Whatever Carl Engeb. .the price to force me to do anything will cost you…but believe me the cake would be like Minnie’s pies from the Help…
Since when is this a communist country where the government runs all business? $#%&!@*sexuality is a CHOICE……….the baker is free to make his CHOICE not serve them…..why is that so difficult? Let’s go back to doing right vs. wrong, instead of politically correct(which seems to be wrong a lot more than right)
this the double standard that is so bad in AMERICA.the owner of a business has a right to refuse any patron he or she wants.but the gov says no you can not refuse or you will be fined.gays and muslims seem to have a priority over everyone and everthing
