A new ruling out of a Colorado appeals court is forcing a custom cake baker in suburban Denver to bake cakes for homosexual marriages.
Jack Phillips, owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop, said he has no problem serving gays in his family business. But, he can’t design a wedding cake for same-sex couples as it is a violation of his Christian beliefs.

business owners have the right to chose who they want as customers and no court has the right to force them to service them. If I was that company I would close and go on a vacation. God bless America and may America bless God again before it is too late!
Freedom of choice is not protected in the first amendment. Religious observances are, but baking a cake is not a religious observance, Curtis Womack. Nobody is forcing them not to be Christian, or saying they have to worship against their beliefs. Baking a cake is not a form of worship.
