A California Highway Patrolman is under investigation after a video surfaced of him beating an unarmed woman with at least 11 punches with seemingly no reason.
As the police state gets more out of control here in the US the law enforcement officers become more like thugs than public servants.

just wondering what that woman did to trigger that. doubt that cop got up today and sez, geez, i’m gonna beat up some black woman.
This poor woman is of course mentally ill and her attorney did a horrible job of settling this matter. She got 1.5 million, which after the POS attorney gets her share she will have maybe $750,000 which is not much since she needs taken care of the rest of her life and you know her family (who let her live on the streets will grab some of that money).
He has already been canned by the CHP!
