A California Highway Patrolman is under investigation after a video surfaced of him beating an unarmed woman with at least 11 punches with seemingly no reason.
As the police state gets more out of control here in the US the law enforcement officers become more like thugs than public servants.

Or maybe just the actually arrested,trial,sentenced and then JAIL PART? EQUAL JUSTICE MEANS EQUAL PROSECUTION OF THE LAW,or we start head shots instead of driving by. Which would exactly fit the purpose of the no arrest no charges policy in AMERICA.
