A California Highway Patrolman is under investigation after a video surfaced of him beating an unarmed woman with at least 11 punches with seemingly no reason.
As the police state gets more out of control here in the US the law enforcement officers become more like thugs than public servants.

Eve… How can you say that every cop earns every penny? Police break the law all the time and you want to give them money to do so? You’re enabling the problem. Police live above the law, not for it. Sure there are people who should be apprehended by any means but I have seen videos of police officers who shoot someone without cause because they reached for their ID and the cop felt “threatened”. I’ve also had personal experience with a police officer who did not follow protocol and I felt quite threatened. Nothing happened but his unprofessionalism of soliciting me, giving me his personal number, and standing at my car for more than 40 minutes to flirt with me as I’m trying to get home after work is most certainly wrong. I do not trust police nor do I feel safe. The only person that keeps me safe is myself and I will protect that right until the end.
