A California Highway Patrolman is under investigation after a video surfaced of him beating an unarmed woman with at least 11 punches with seemingly no reason.
As the police state gets more out of control here in the US the law enforcement officers become more like thugs than public servants.

This guy is scary!!! No reason to keep beating on her unless she had a weapon he was trying to take away from her. He needs therapy before he kills someone.
