Noam Chomsky states that the “new NATO” that came about after the collapse of the Soviet Union is in reality a US-run intervention force.
“Its mission changed. The official mission of NATO became to control the international, the global energy system, pipelines. That means, to control the world,” Chomsky states.
He goes further to state that the actions of NATO could spark nuclear war and that the world is, in fact, ‘ominously close to nuclear war’.

He’s right NATO is isolating Russia whereas it used to have the iron curtain between it and the NATO countries after the fall of the ussr NATO signed on all the Eastern European countries except Ukraine and that was the deal made with Putin we would stop at Ukraine. We all know what happened next NATO went one bridge too far for Putins comfort or ego to be able to accept. Putin has been busy rearming and upgrading for years while our military and its leadership has been decimated by this administration. Russia is flexing its muscle all over Europe and North America(supposedly) and China is pushing its borders all over the Pacific and India, if they joined together it would be bad news for Europe.
We don’t need NATO. Get out !!
