You would think that being arrested for drug possession and being the primary suspect in a murder case would torpedo anybody’s chances of holding public office, much less getting re-elected, but this was not the case for Robert “Coop” Battle, an East Chicago 3rd District Councilman.
Already under scrutiny by the police for a traffic stop earlier this year in which he was found to be carrying 73 pounds of marijuana and more than $100,000 in his car, Battle finds himself under investigation for the October 12th shooting death of Reimundo Camarillo Jr, with police believing him to be the culprit.
Turn to the next page to see how Battle managed to win re-election:
obama will scarf him up..
He won’t have to worry about pesky things little like that anymore.
thats bullcrap
Ovomit’s home town. No surprise here. Let them keep killing each other and soon Chicago will be a nice place to live. The government should supply them with all The ammo they need.
Not headed….You are there !
Obamas play ground what do u expect.he will prob be the next gov.there!
All Democrat states & cities practice the same…..Baltimore, Detroit, Chicago, San Francisco, etc.
Chicago will be the first place that Obama sends his UN Global police force of over 200,000 boots on American soil,
In the last days corruption and violence will be in the increase .
this is why they are in the mess that state is in
Lol!! I guess to be elected the more crimes you commit the better your chances…let’s see
I robbed two banks and strangled a nun…I guess I could be president!
