CDC Issues Secretive Warning to Staff: “We might as well plan on many of the kids having TB.”

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is made up of doctors who have taken the Hippocratic oath to put the health of the patient first, and bureaucrats who presumably should also be committed to diminishing health and epidemic risks in the U.S. and keeping America healthy. In fact, new information obtained by Judicial Watch shows how corrupted the system is. It is also criminal that Americans can only find out about government failures and violations through a private organization such as Judicial Watch that uncovers government wrong-doing.

The latest revelation has to do with the huge number of underage illegal aliens flooding across the U.S. border who President Obama is so anxious to welcome into our country. The CDC has warned staff members that many of these illegals are infected with tuberculosis, but has failed to provide that information to the public. Thus far, no one in the organization has been fired for this outrageous lapse in keeping the public safe.

The young adults, few of whom had received the types of vaccines U.S. children received, arrived with TB, swine flu and even Dengue, according to reports that eventually filtered out of border agents and hospitals on or near the U.S. border.

The internal warning was: “We might as well plan on many of the kids having TB.” It was included in June 2014 email guidance from environmental health scientist Alaric C. Denton as the agency prepared to handle the crisis, which was repeated in 2015 and is expected again this year.

“Most of these kids are not immunized, so we need to make sure all our staff are immunized,” said Denton, who is stationed at the CDC headquarters in Atlanta, according to a new document obtained by the watchdog group Judicial Watch and released Thursday.

What’s more, the documents obtained in Judicial Watch’s investigation of the flood of so-called unaccompanied minors, topping 70,000 a year, revealed that all aren’t the little children the administration has portrayed them as. Many are young adults, and gang members.

Judicial Watch added, “Homeland Security sources directly involved with the mess told JW that holding centers were jam-packed, rampant with diseases and sexually active teenagers. A veteran Border Patrol officer who heads the agency’s Tucson sector quickly established that many of the UACs were not little kids but rather 17-year-olds with possible ties to gang members in the U.S.”

The Obama administration seems intent on inviting as many illegals into the country as possible, and is also ensuring that they will not be sent back to their home country. It is hard to imagine a U.S. president who is so callous and careless in dismissing the terrible cost the flood of illegals represents, including huge financial costs, growing job loses to less expensive, illegal labor, and now the high risk of epidemic, third world diseases that could devastate our U.S. population.

In a more just world, the whole lot of them, starting with the president, would be fired and sent packing. But you can rest assured that no one will pay a price for their malfeasance, and Obama himself will never have to even see or experience the damage he has wrought on this nation.
