6. Moshe Katsav
In 2006, the Katsav, the eighth President of Israel complained to his Attorney General that he was being blackmailed by a female employee, but the investigation following his complaint took a turn he didn’t expect. The investigation uncovered ten women who reported they were sexually harassed by Katsav and he was eventually forced to step down amidst the flurry of criminal charges. He eventually agreed to a plea bargain to avoid 16 years behind bars.
