A change of clothing and some shoes.
A multitool some rope.
Some fishing tackle a net and some snaring systems.
A medium size first aide kit
Dental hygiene.
A couple of bars of soap.
A water purification system.
Guns
All systems in a bug out bag should be of moderate size. Because how much can you fit in a bug out bag and comfortably carry it.
