In it, Captain Clay Higgins of the Louisiana State Police directly calls out gang members from the Gremlin Street Gang and challenges them personally to a direct confrontation. Gang bangers think they are tough, but it is clear that Captain Higgins and his fellow officers are much tougher, and they are willing to go head to head with these punks.

The law does not protect me, Nelson. I did the crime and I served the time. For 13 years my feet, my fists and my wits are what protected me. The shank that I cobbled together from the lid of a #10 can and a blade for box cutting was a great help as well. The law was no help then or now. I didn’t ask for their help.
