“The Sergeant at Arms is authorized to arrest and detain any person violating Senate rules, including the President of the United States,” states the senate.gov website.
The Sergeant at Arms of the United States Senate, currently Andrew B. Willison, is the only person with authority to arrest a sitting president – if the president has violated Senate rules – which Obama certainly has.
But what if the Sergeant at Arms won’t do his job and arrest the President when crimes have been committed?
If Andrew Willison will not perform his duty and arrest the president for crimes Obama has committed, is Mr. Willison not complicit and guilty of a criminal act himself?

Sharon you need to go back and see who started this. Remember mission accomplished in 2004,. Or how about the oil will pay for the war. Maybe you recall weapons of mass destruction.
If he arrests Obama for his many crimes during the past 8 years, he must also arrest well over half of the Senate, (D) and (R) both, for their thousands of crimes during just the past few decades. Besides, Obama could not have committed most of those crimes without the blatant complicity of both the Senate and House who stood aside watching him, applauding him and FUNDING his criminal acts. So where does the Sergeant at Arms even start? Our political system is wholly criminal as it stands right now.
This is false
How stupid of people to believe this c**p!!!!
