California lobbyist Pamela Lopez came out today accusing Democrat Assemblyman Matt Dababneh of following her into the Ladies Room before proceeding to masturbate in front of her.
Lopez describes how she left to relieve herself only to allegedly be faced with Assemblyman Dabahneh’s private parts:
He had begun masturbating. I stared backing up and he moved toward me while he was masturbating and, in explicit terms, told me to touch his genitals while masturbating. And I thought, what do I do, what do I do? Make it explicitly clear that I do not want to be here and that there is no misunderstanding. So I said several times: No, I will not touch you. No, I will not touch you.
Lobbyist Pamela Lopez recounts the assault, saying it took place at a friend’s wedding celebration in Los Vegas. I will not touch you, she said she told Matt Dababneh. #caleg pic.twitter.com/D2jnpTjs79

Lopez also shares she feared for her professional reputation if word of this leaked out.
In a letter addressed to Assembly Rules Committee Chair Ken Cooley (D-Rancho Cordova), Lopez wrote, “For nearly two years, I have lived in fear that I will be shunned or retaliated against if my professional community learns that I was sexually assaulted by a lawmaker. And that few caused me to remain silent, instead of seeking justice through formal channels in the legislature.”

Assemblyman Dabahneh is ferociously trying to shut-down Lopez’s testimony.
Lopez added, “I am filing this report even though, through his attorney, Mr. Dababneh has tried to silence me by threatening to sue me for defamation if I persisted in reporting this assault.”
These new allegations also come amid a slew of other harassment charges against various swamp dwellers.
Last week, Democrat Assemblyman Raul Bocanegra (D-Pacoima) announced he was resigning immediately after six women made sexual harassment claims against him. Fellow Democrat State Sen. Tony Mendoza (D-Cerritos) was stripped of his committee leadership positions over a series of sexual harassment allegations against him.
Also last week, victims of sexual harassment testified about their experiences to a group of Republican and Democratic legislators who agreed that the Golden State’s system for examining sexual harassment by lawmakers is deeply flawed and needs to be changed.
It sounds odd that powerful men would enjoy the humiliation of masturbating in front of unwilling women, but this is actually rather common and technically classified as paraphilia.
The behavior falls under paraphilia, a group of quasi-sexual behaviors including voyeurism, exhibitionism and frotteurism (rubbing up against someone, usually in a public space). It can manifest in different ways, from harmless to disordered, when it inflicts mental or physical harm on another person. It likely has to do with one’s first sexual thoughts or experiences in childhood, which may develop over time into a paraphilia.
“There’s evidence that the way young boys or adolescents develop sexuality — or paraphilias — has to do with their first awareness of a sexual experience,” says clinical psychologist Ben Michaelis. “The masturbation thing certainly fits into the classical definition of paraphilia. It’s really a type of exhibitionism, and it’s almost certainly traceable to very early events.”
Multiple men in Hollywood have also been revealed to be like this as well.
It wasn’t just Harvey Weinstein who infamously came into a small potted plant after finishing masturbating in front of a young actress.
These types of behaviors seem to almost be second nature to the swamp as well.
And it’s interesting to note the psychological profiles of individuals known to give in to these types of urges.
These are not the sorts of men we want leading our country #MAGA
