A six-year-old boy was suspended this week from a Catholic elementary school in Cincinnati for using a weapon on the playground. However, this weapon is unlike most of the ones you see in the news these days because it wasn’t real.
That’s right, the boy drew back the string of a bow and arrow he’d made in his mind and shot absolutely nothing at his friend. This was all because they were pretending to be Power Rangers.
Unfortunately, the principal didn’t see it that way. He responded to the boy’s act of imaginary violence by suspending him for three days.
Read what the principal had to say on the next page.
Crazy
Just say its a sun dial and you’ll be invited to the white house
This PC nonsense has gone far past ridiculous. The parents should sue the school, perhaps some very large fines will make them rethink their ludicrous positions on things like this. Wood or pop-tarts or fingers, etc. shaped like weapons should be exempt from this stupidity. Unless it is an ACTUAL weapon, TRY and exercise some common sense people or at least keep the stupidity to a minimum.
very sick school
what if the child had an unpopular thought?
Insanity is quickly becoming a new religion.
So, he gets no invitation to the White House?
The mental Giants run the school.
I tell you this Country has lost its mind.
I was suspended once from high school for defending myself from a bully. My dad sat in the principal’s office with me. He asked who started the fight? The principal said well everyone says the other boy did but there’s a 0 tolerance for in school fighting and that all participants are to be suspended. My dad looked at me and said cool looks like you get a three day vacation because I’m sure not going to punish you for sticking up for yourself.
