Diatomaceous Earth will kill any insect with an exoskeleton, like cockroaches, bed bugs, ants, fleas, etc. by compromising their waxy coating and destroying their internal organs through dehydration.
Yet, you can eat diatomaceous earth. In fact, you do all the time in grain based foods because DE is added by companies as a bug killer.
See Following Page:
My Dad was using it back in the 80’s
Tractor supply has it
There are different kinds of earth…the one to kill bugs isn’t ‘ the same as pool earth…..
Londi explain please
There are different sizes to be sure. Very coarse. Fine. Med.
There is also food grade or pool grade you must always get the food grade for in you yard and garden and in the house around your pets if you have them.
food grade decomposes the other ones will tear your lungs and livers into pieces
Just because they add it to your food does not mean it is non toxic!
