First They are trying to pass a Budget with No Cap, The Federal Reserve is going to Raise Interest Rates Soon, Saudi Arabia is Bankrupting Itself To put The U.S. Oil Industry out of business (price of oil will go up) & The IMF votes in November and is expected to grant China a Partial Reserve Currency Status tha will allow World Banks to Start Stockpiling (holding in reserve) Chinese Currency which would mean less demand for The U.S. Dollar (the value will decrease)!
