Your neighbor is confused and is obviously not reading his Bible! He may be listening to others who are also confused. There will be a “mark of the beast”, but it will be put on the right hand or the forehead. To understand this for yourself do a Google search of this under “Bible”. Then, read the Bible comments after it. A good Bible can also be an invaluable tool for your understanding especially with so many of today’s events being prophesies fulfilled perfectly!
