BBC reporter Rupert Wingfield-Hayes recently spent time on the USS George Washington off Guam and came back to state that it is quite clear the US is preparing for war with China.
These preparations have actually been occuring for some time.

Notice, there is NO EXPIRATION DATE, the oath is for an indeterminate period; no duration is specifically defined, none……

The Bill of Rights: The First Ten Amendments
First Amendment – This amendment guarantees freedom of religion, speech, and the press, and protects the right of assembly.

Fifth Amendment – This amendment guarantees a trial by jury and “due process of law,” and guards against double jeopardy (being charged twice for the same offense) and self-incrimination.
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Sixth Amendment – This amendment outlines the rights of the accused, including the right to have a “speedy and public” trial, the right to be informed of the charges made against him, the right to call witnesses in his defense, and the right to have an attorney in his defense.
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
Seventh Amendment – This amendment lays out the rules of common law.
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
Eighth Amendment – This amendment protects against “cruel and unusual punishments.”
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Ninth Amendment – This amendment ensures that the individual rights that are not enumerated in the Constitution are secure—that is, that these rights should not be automatically infringed upon because they are omitted from the Constitution.
The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Tenth Amendment – This amendment limits the power of federal government by reserving for the states all powers that are not explicitly granted to the federal government by the Constitution, nor denied to the states.
This amendment counterbalances Article VI, which invests the federal government with ultimate legislative authority.
There are NO provisions for expanding empire, protecting corporate or banker interests and profits OR exporting democracy.
So what, exactly, have you done to honor the oath you took to Uphold and Defend the Constitution…your obligation to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic?
If you can’t/won’t answer these questions with exact actions or participate in an honest dialog, then you are hereby charged with Dereliction of Duty and Treason…
Treason: crime of disloyalty to one’s nation or state. A person who bet,rays the nation of their citizenship and/or reneges on an oath of loyalty and in some way willfully cooperates with an enemy, is considered to be a traitor.
The defense of the Constitution requires members of the Armed Forces to disobey illegal orders. And, in the case of alleged treasonous acts, members of the Armed Forces are constitutionally bound to arrest such offenders. (See The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ, 64 Stat. 109, 10 U.S.C. §§ 801–946).
All it requires is for those who have taken their oaths of office to act on what they swore they would actually do.
I pray to the Creator that you have the strength to hear and face the truth and rethink your time served in the dark.
We HAVE to start asking “What matters to you?”
One of the most fascinating aspects to U.S. militarism is the fluoridated koolaid that has infected the minds of so many Americans: that U.S. soldiers have sacrificed their lives or limbs in foreign wars to “defend our freedom” here at home.
This is a koolaid that is inculcated into every child, from the time he reaches six years of age and heads into the public (i.e., government) school system. By the time the kid reaches his teen years, the indoctrination is taking hold. By the time he becomes an adult, the indoctrination is complete. In fact, the indoctrination is so perfect that actually it doesn’t matter what the troops are doing overseas. Whatever they are doing is automatically considered to be “defending our freedom.”
There is no doubt that millions of Americans will automatically conclude that those U.S. troops killed and died “defending our freedom,” notwithstanding the fact that our freedom was never at risk. Remember: that hypothetical country never attacked the United States or even threatened to do so. Yet, many Americans will nonetheless honor their brave and courageous soldiers who died or lost arms or legs while “defending our freedom.” It is how the indoctrinated mind works.
We have to stop thanking veterans for their service…..
When blindly thanking veterans for their service you are memorializing and valorization that soldier. It postulates that placing the soldier on a societal pedestal effectively subverts anti-war sentiments and genuine peace. In conjunction with an economic system which makes war preparation and war-making profitable, as in Dwight Eisenhower’s “military-industrial complex,” the Western-world would seem to be placed in a permanent war-footing.
This is what you are blindly celebrating.
The indiscriminate use of bombs and nuclear munitions by the US, usually outside a declared war situation, for wanton destruction, for no military objectives, whose targets and victims are civilian populations, or what we now call “collateral damage.”
The development and use of chemical and biological weapons, and has either used or tested (without informing the civilian populations) including testing such weapons on US civilian populations, without their knowledge, encouraging the use of such weapons, and provided the technology to develop such weapons in various nations abroad.
To install puppet regimes, or alternatively to engage in political actions such as smear campaigns, sponsoring or targeting opposition political groups (depending on how they served US interests), undermining political parties, sabotage and terror campaigns, and so forth.
To rig or distort the outcome of foreign elections, and sometimes engineered sham “demonstration” elections to ward off accusations of government repression in allied nations in the US sphere of influence. These sham elections have often installed or maintained in power repressive dictators who have victimized their populations.
The creation and launching of direct US campaigns to support torture as an instrument of terror and social control for governments, The promotion, protection, arming or equiping of terrorists, Using assassination as a tool of foreign policy, arming dictators, militaries, and terrorists that repress or victimize their populations, and fueling scores of violent conflicts around the globe,
These are all “Crimes against humanity” that were and are committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population.
In direct violation of the Kellogg–Briand Pact (or Pact of Paris, officially General Treaty for Renunciation of War as an Instrument of National Policy) in which signatory states promised not to use war to resolve “disputes or conflicts of whatever nature or of whatever origin they may be, which may arise among them.” Parties failing to abide by this promise “should be denied of the benefits furnished by this treaty.” It was signed by Germany, France and the United States on August 27, 1928, and by most other nations soon after. Sponsored by France and the U.S., the Pact renounced the use of war and called for the peaceful settlement of disputes.
The Kellogg-Briand Pact was signed and ratified 1928.

The freedom left behind:: I find the accuracy based somewhere between 150 to 175 million killed and somewhere around 400 to 500 million displaced but either way, this is all over nothing.
