BBC reporter Rupert Wingfield-Hayes recently spent time on the USS George Washington off Guam and came back to state that it is quite clear the US is preparing for war with China.
These preparations have actually been occuring for some time.

Good grief the Navy does it all the time! By the way it a deterrent to war! Remember how everyone was in awe of Russia sneaking in their jets underneath the cargo jets? Hasn’t anyone noticed Russia quit buzzing our ships and aircraft? We just sent in several squadrons of F-22’s into the UK in Russia’s backyard and no one ever saw them until they landed. We don’t need cargo aircraft to hide underneath! As far as China they were allowed in the war games just last week with the Navy! Pretty sure we showed them response time training to give them an idea how foolish it would be to go up against us.
Nothing wrong with being prepared.
They should be… It’s called training!

Silly liberals what do you think the military should practice for? Bake sales?
Freedom is always under attack
Looks like a 2 week underway with a port visit to Thailand and Korea.
This reporter is a bit if an ignoramus isn’t he? Of course the US Navy is practicing for war… That is its raison d’etre… It would be of no use if it was just a collection of pleasure yatch’s manned by pencil-pushers when it came time to defend national interests… But being prepared and practicing doesn’t mean we are looking for a fight, it only means we will be prepared to finish the fight should anyone be foolish enough to attack us…
Umm, isn’t that what all military training is for?
Si vis pacem, para bellum.
